From technical proof to an investor narrative
Situation. A deep-tech company with world-class science was raising its first institutional round outside its home market. Investors liked the technology and could not repeat the story back.
Work. A four-week sprint: narrative and positioning, a rebuilt investor deck, an objection-handling Q&A, and three recorded rehearsal sessions with the CEO. We mapped the fifteen questions investors always ask in this category and answered them before they were asked.
Outcome. The company entered the process with a story its CEO could tell without the deck — and a target list built around investors who already understood the category.
